Following the submission of the President’s Budget Request for FY2023, the Data Foundation hosted a panel discussion with experts from the data and evidence community, highlighting the administration’s budgetary priorities and the implications for data and evidence programs in the government. The panelists discussed a look at agency learning agendas, evaluation plans, and agency assessments of capacity required by the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act (Evidence Act), and wove together key themes which identified opportunities from the initial materials released by the Administration and agencies.
