Bridget Hughes

Bridget Hughes is a Senior Director for Corporate Governance Services in the Global Capital Markets group of Donnelley Financial Solutions, DFIN. With three decades of experience, Bridget manages the corporate governance, compliance, proxy, annual meeting, and ESG services for the capital markets group around the country, servicing public companies, private companies, investment banks
and law firms.
 
She has held a variety of roles throughout this organization (and formerly Bowne), focusing on the SEC regulations in the compliance and capital market areas of the business. Bridget received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, she works and resides in the New York / New Jersey area.
