Overview

To improve customer service and access to government information the Office and Management and Budget and the National Archives and Records Administration issued a memo directing agencies to transition to electronic records management. All Federal agencies must transform analog records to electronic formats with appropriate metadata by the end of 2022. This one-hour webinar will feature a discussion about the implementation journey of digitizing analog documents, what technologies and solutions have aided the process, and what challenges remain. The Data Coalition, DLT Solutions, and IBM hosted a panel discussion on November 3.
